Do you like chocolate? And I mean really, really like it?
If yes, these brownies will definitely satisfy your sweet-tooth!
One thing I love about baking brownies is that you mix ’em up, pour into the pan, and that’s it! No multiple batches, no frosting, no step two! Just bake and they’re ready to serve/eat! Maybe scoop some ice cream or frozen yogurt on top, but that hardly takes extra effort!
Ooey, Gooey, Fudgy, Brownies
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups chocolate chunks, Oreos, peanut butter, or your favorite add-in!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, melt the butter. Add in sugar and vanilla and mix well. Stir in the cocoa powder. Add the eggs and beat until well combined. Fold in the flour mixture. Gently stir in add-ins.
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely in the pan (or enjoy warm).
Like I said, the little extra effort to add a scoop of fro yo on top is totally worth it too!
